Yoga detox time!

I was invited to Sardinia for a yoga detox retreat with an amazing Julia as a kundalini teacher to make some photos for her.

The whole experience was overwhelming not just because of the unspoiled nature of Sardinian coast but as well of the unity of the yoga group. So much vibrancy, interesting conversations and peace & laughter at the same time, ah! Some of them decided to book me for their private photo session and few of my favourite photos I am sharing with you above.

And … Sardinia, I am surely coming back! :)

Stairway to heaven

Oana & Robert were neighbours in the building. They were meeting each
other for a year and nothing happened. And yet, when Robert asked her out one
day for a date, she said ‘yes’. And now, she says ‘yes’ for the second time.

Ibiza was the destination for her bachelorette party squad. Her team consisted of 4 friends, 2 babies and her mother.

‘We have props’, she said the day before our meeting, ‘and we would like to take photos in nature, capturing the wildness of Ibiza’.

And that’s exactly what we did.

On the day of the photoshoot temperatures climbed to a lovely 21degrees and the sun
was in total alignment with the girls vibrant energy. Joking, giggling,
dancing… the excitement of what was yet to come saturated the atmosphere to
the point that Oana had her own little fashion photoshoot in her red swimming suit.

There is not much more to say than that it was pure pleasure for me to be
surrounded by such great company. I wish you all the best in your marriage, dear Oana!

You can see some of my favourite pictures from girls photography session above!

Four hearts

‘I thought it’s a good idea to have some family photos before our family gets bigger’, Joyce said smilingly and looked at Gerard, while he was watching over Charlie climbing over the chairs. We met a few days before the photoshoot to get to know each other and to define details, drinking healthy smoothies in the marina of Santa Eulalia. The vibe was right and we scheduled for a meeting soon after.

The day of the photoshoot was cloudy and windy. Cala Olivera had almost no visitors, the usually calm sea was showing off with breaching waves; a playful wind was having fun with Charlie’s and Joyce’s hair.

None of this stopped them: all three overflew with energy and were just so full of love. A day on the beach laughing, jumping, running and loving life!

What a joy it was to be part of this day with Joyce, Gerard and little Charlie. Thank you for those moments.

Love,

Amanda
